Ingredients
1 cup buckwheat groats soaked overnight
1 cup frozen raspberries
1 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk or milk of your choice
1 Tbs almond butter or hazelnut butter
1 medjool date
1 Tbs chia seeds
1 Tbs ground flax seeds
1/4 tsp cinnamon
pinch of salt
instructions
put all ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth. Add toppings of your choice. fresh berries, nuts, seeds etc.
