overnight quinoa chia porridge
This recipe is a single serving
1/2 cup cooked quinoa
1 cup almond milk or milk of your choice
1 Tbs chia seeds
1 Tbs flax meal
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tsp maple syrup
1/4 tsp cinnamon
mix everything together in a bowl, cover and refrigerate overnight. I top mine off with nuts,seeds and berries!
