overnight quinoa chia porridge

This recipe is a single serving

1/2 cup cooked quinoa

1 cup almond milk or milk of your choice

1 Tbs chia seeds

1 Tbs flax meal

1 tsp vanilla extract

2 tsp maple syrup

1/4 tsp cinnamon

mix everything together in a bowl, cover and refrigerate overnight. I top mine off with nuts,seeds and berries!

Quinoa granola

INGREDIENTS

1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil or avocado oil

1/2 cup good quality maple syrup ( I reduce mine a bit..up to you)

3 cups quinoa flakes

course sea salt

1 1/4 cup roughly chopped walnuts

1 1/4 cup chopped pumpkin seeds

3 tbls flax seeds

1 1/2 cup dried fruit of your choice

INGREDIENTS

3\4 cup homemade almond milk

1\4 tsp cardamom

combine all in ingredients in a glass jar and stir.  Refrigerate for 4 hours or over night.  top with your favorite fruit, nuts and seeds.

Raspberry buckwheat groats bowl

1 cup buckwheat groats soaked overnight

1 cup frozen raspberries

1 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk or milk of your choice

1 Tbs almond butter or hazelnut butter
