This recipe makes about 2.5 cups

2 ounces almond butter
2 ounces macadamia nuts
1 14 ounce can of black beans drained and rinsed
4 Tbs of cacao powder
2 Tbs grass-fed butter or coconut oil
1 Tbs raw honey
3 Tbs pure maple syrup
2 Tsp vanilla extract
pinch of pink salt or sea salt


Add all the ingredients to a high powered blender or food processor. Blend until smooth. You may add more nuts or beans to acquire your desired consistency. Transfer your spread to a mason jar and store in the refrigerator. will keep for 2-3 weeks
NOTE: Add ins to try. A couple Brazil nuts for added selenium, 1 tbs flax meal, or a little coconut cream.
