1 can white beans, drained and rinsed

3 cloves of garlic

2 TBS fresh lemon juice

2 TBS of tahini

1/2 tsp salt (course Kosher)

1/4 cup olive oil (more if needed to get desired texture)

3 leaves of fresh basil

5  leaves of fresh oregano



  1. In a blender or food processor blend beans, garlic, lemon juice, tahini, salt and olive oil until smooth.
  2. you may heat in a small skillet or serve cold.  top with herbs salt and pepper.  serve with cassava crisps or veggies.
