INGREDIENTS
2 cups Spectrum organic shortening or non-hydrogenated palm oil
1 cup tapioca starch
1 cup maple syrup grade A
1 TBS pure vanilla extract (color of frosting will not be pure white) if needs to be white stevia drops work well but just a few as they are very sweet.
INSTRUCTIONS
put all ingredients in a bowl of an electric mixer and (whisk attachment needed) until light and fluffy. the frosting can be refrigerated for up to a month. Frosting needs to be at room temp for a quick whip before using again.
