Ingredients:

1 cup of fresh juiced watermelon or juice of your choice.

2 TBS of pure organic maple syrup (grade B if possible)

Juice of 1 lemon.

Juice of 1/2 lime

4 TBS vital proteins grass-fed gelatin

NOTE: Taste the mixture as you may need to add another tsp of maple syrup if its too sour.

Instructions:

  1. In a small saucepan, combine the juice and the maple syrup and heat over medium heat until steaming hot but not boiling.
  2. lower the heat to the lowest setting and whisk in the gelatin 1 TBS at a time, making sure each TBS is dissolved before adding another.
  3. once the gelatin is fully dissolved, remove from the heat and use a dropper to put into your gummy molds.
  4. If you have extra you can always pour into a pan and cut into squares or you can gently reheat the mixture and pour into your molds when they are ready to be used again.
  5. store your gummies in a sealed container in the refrigerator.
